spa525g NTP / time fails on upgrade

Phone partially boots and shows me correct (NTP) time but before end of boot sequence it changes the time to GMT +2.

Tried different NTP servers and Daylight Savings rules and get same results. Went from factory SIP firmware 7.1.7 to 7.4.3 and where NTP was working, now  it is not. Tried nearly all f/w from 2.5 to 4.3.

Bug?

I hope someone at Cisco is looking into this.  I also saw the same problem with the date/time.  But now I have two SPA525g phones that are bricked - after a reboot they are suddenly stuck in the Cisco logo screen.
