SPA525G SSL VPN Problem

I'm attempting to setup a SPA525G remotely to a UC520 with a SSL VPN.  I have ran the wizzard locally and it comes up, but when I take the phone to a remote site I get an error on the phone about a webvpn cookie

I checked with the Engineering team....

The error message about "cannot get webvpn cookie" actually means cannot connect to server or the VPN service on server is not ready.

Check local network setting, make sure server is contactable.

Check server setting, make sure VPN is properly configured.
