SPA525G2 - Allow 1 Call Appearance per line

Hi,

Can the SPA525G2 please allow 1 call appearance per line (instead of minimum 2)?

This then replicates the behavior of all the other phones in the 5xx line.

It is very disconcerting to users to have multiple calls come in on the same line key.

The setting "huntstop channel" is your friend here and will make the

525's behave like a single line phone for incoming calls

I'm using the 525G2s in an Asterisk environment and not a CME environment, so I don't think this fix would apply to me.

Is there really no workaround for this?

The multiple calls per line key on this phone is making my customer want to throw it out the window.
