SPA525G2 Bluetooth Not Pairing

Hi all,

I'm having an issue with a 525G2.  It scans for bluetooth devices but never finds any.  When trying to pair from my iPhone to the Cisco, I get to a passcode but the passcode always fails.

I've captured the syslog and I'll post it here shortly.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately, Bluetooth subsystem disclose no syslog messages. So no one know neither what's nor why the BT is doing.

The issue may be caused by particular firmware version of either iPhone or SPA525G2.

Some iPhones models/firmware versions can be paired, but there are other issues as well so I consider your chances to get it working rather low. See SPA525G2, Bluetooth and iPhone 4S

I think my chances are nada at this point but hoped the community here might provide some additional insight. 

The phone won't connect to any type of bluetooth device and its brand new.  I've performed several factory resets and have updated the bluetooth and regular firmwares to the latest versions.

Despite new it may be broken (following screenshot has been shooted just few minutes ago, phone is Samsung B2710):

Note it's just evidence it's possible to pair devices. BT connection is not so stable and reliable. We considered not to use SPA525G2 at all (I have one piece here for tests only).
