SPA525G2 call forward all on 2nd/3rd extension

Hello,

Our customer met a weird kind of problem last week with a SPA525G2 and UC540.

Their main phone has 5 extensions : 1st ext with CFNA/CFB to 2nd ext, 2nd ext with CFNA/CFB to 3rd ext....and 5th ext with CFNA/CFB to VM. During off hours, they activate a Call forward all with the Softkey to VM.

Last week the screen of the phone was displaying "2:Call Forward to VM".

By making tests, we understood that a Call Forward All was set on the 2nd DN.

We have deleted this CFA on the admin interface.

I can not understand how they could accidentally set this Call Forward All. We can not do this with the Softkey even of the last DN used wad the 2nd one. They don't have the access to the web interface or the CLI.

Does someone know if this can be done through the User Preferences Menu of the phone ?
