I have a small office of 9 phones, 7 SPA504s and 2 SPA525G2s all connected to a UC320.
The 525s will load MP3s from a USB, play the file when selecting it but once loaded into user1 or user2 ringtone slots the files no longer play, the play softkey is met with silence and on an incoming call the phone selects a default tone to play instead of the custom tone.
The 504s will load and play tones loaded via the Ringtone utilty so I no longer think the UC320 is restricting the tones to defaults.
Any ideas?
