I've paired my mobile phone with my SPA 525G2, setting the bluetooth mode to Handsfree. I can make outgoing calls, but when the cisco phone detects an incoming call on the mobile phone, none of the buttons to answer or ignore work, and the device gets stuck in this mode. The only way to clear this is to unplug the phone.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Upgrading to the 7.4.9c latest release should change the bluetooth to .34.

In the info tab of the web UI, what is the bluetooth firmware version? I believe the latest is .34. Also what software version is on the phone?

I have 0.00.32a for the bluetooth firmware version. The software version on the phone is 7.4.7.
How do I update the bluetooth firmware version?

Thanks a ton. It was difficult to find the appropriate firmware version (multiple phones have the same version, and I inadvertently picked it for the wrong one). This did the trick for me.
