SPA525G2 with two separate VOIP systems

We are in the process of setting up a small US office and need to both communicate both with our home office in the UK and receive and make calls in the US.

In the short term, we are considering using RingCentral together with the SPA525G2 (an approved phone for RingCentral). That I believe it the easy part.

We also want to, if possible, use the same phone (SPA525G2) to connect to the Avaya system in the UK via hardware VPN. Basically, I'm trying to avoid having two phones on my desk. I don't know the details of the Avaya PBX but I believe it is running v5 software.

Any comments and suggestions are very welcome.

Yes, using multiple providers is supported.  Each extension supports using different proxy (provider).

Hi, thanks for the reply.

Is there a document that I can download that will detail the steps necessary to setup separate proxies?

Thanks

Just download the admin guide, it will have this info.

Thanks. I'll do that and see how I get on.
