SPA5xxx: Flashing when BLF Extension is Dialing a Number

On the Cisco SPA5xxx phones (ie: SPA509g).....

When an extension on a BLF dials a number, and the remote phone rings, the BLF for that extension flashes red.

For example, extension 100 dials (111) 222-3333. Phone rings at (111) 222-3333. BLF light for extension 100 on extension 101 flashes red.

I want the BLF to flash when someone dials extension 100, but NOT when extension 100 is dialing someone.

Is there a way to do this?

I have looked at the Line Key LED Pattern settings under Regional, especially the "Local Ringing LED" and "Remote Ringing LED" and made changes there, but that only seems to affect what happens when an extension is rung, not when it is dialing out.

Any ideas?

Does it flash or just stay solid red?  For me, I think the calling phone is red, the called phone is fast-flashing...but I need to doublecheck
