SPA8000 and UC560

I've followed this guide and have registered the SPA8000 with the UC.

I can make internal calls to existing  IP extensions from the FXS port (and it identifies as the registered extension) however if I try to call the FXS ports I get "number unknown" - am I missing something basic to make the existing setup see the new extensions?

I havne not registered the ports with voice mail - I just want them to be used for faxes with a PRI

Factory reset the test box and it worked perfectly for the first two lines - Lines now 3-8 wont register

The config done via the SPA800 is all identical other than the registered number.
