SPA9000 - [AA]Err: failed to download prompt1!

I enabled my SPA9000 to use a Syslog (I´m using Kiwi Free Syslogserver) and I found the following msg:

[AA]Err: failed to download prompt1!

What does this mean??

How to fix it?

I removed the 'url' from http://192.168.1.10/admin/voice/advanced / AutoAttendand Parameters / 'AA Prompts URL Script:' and it was fixed. The boot time is also more faster than before!!

* but who set that value? The wizard? Last week I restarted all device from the scratch...

Hi Renato;

Yes, written by the Wizard to be able to localize it, however this error happens at initialization so it does not affect operations.

Hi Alberto,

now I understand.. But during the wizard, I have not customized prompts! Even so, the boot time needed is very fast after clear that field!
