I've a SPA942 system.
everything works well on this system, but this week, I call a conferance number, and the ask me to push the star button, to connect the conferance. But when I use the star, the call will direct ended.
Can one off you tell me how I can solve this?

Hi, we'll need to see the log file to see why the call drops.
Info on generating the log is at

My guess is that the proxy is interpreting the * as a reason for disconnect.
