SPA942 not disconnecting

I have an asterisk trixbox ce system and some phone calls are not disconnecting which I beleive are also causing our phone calls to drop.

Software Version:6.1.3(a)

I have contacted trixbox support and they said the system sends the phone a BYE message, but the phone does not respond with an 'OK' which causes the extension to be offhook and the trixbox system keeps trying to send the BYE message.

My question ... is there a setting / option I should be looking into in order to fix this?

Can you send the log file showing the BYE sent to the phone?
