Specifications for MoH Port Connections

I've searched the Cisco Web site and documentation and can't find any information or specifications for what I can connect to the MoH port. I have a Digital Messaging System with both a 600 ohm and an 8 ohm output. Which should I use to connect to the MoH port?

The UC500 MoH port is a standard 3.5-mm mini-jack.

The size I found.

What I'm not finding is information such as:

1. Is it Mono or stereo

- I can fairly safely ASSUME its mono

2. When impendence does it have? Is it 8 ohms or 600 ohms or something else?

     - If I plug in the incorrect impendence source it will not work correctly. Worst case i will 'short' the UC Mother board and burn it out. or the  MoH source output amp. Best case it just won't work correctly.
