SSL_VPN process consumes 100% CPU on UC520

Hi,

has anyone experienced the same problem as I did: we were using IPsec for remote access for a long time. Without any problem.

We've migated to ssl vpn (anyconnect) two months ago. We're experiencing problem with very slow network throughput. I've discovered CPU in at 100% at the time problem occurs. SSL_VPN and IP input processes consume all resources.

I've tested with sw 8.6.1 and 8.6.2 - and have experienced the same problem with both versions.

Hello Jernej,

You should use 2.5.6005 with UC500.

Higher versions may lead to 100% resource utilization.

What is the file size of the anyconnection client you are using ? It should be around 5M.  You are using the wrong anyconnect client file if file size is more than that.

I'm using standard anyconnect pkg file from cisco.com support:

Which one should I use instead?
