star codes, speed dial and call foward

Hi !

Im trying without success to setup a free line key on a SPA504G (or on the SPA500S additional) to automatically create a call foward setup.

Instead of a vertical service that activates the feature on the server, I want to have locally call fowarded calls.

Same as selecting : Call Forward All => Then the destination.

So, I setup the activation code to "*72" and it works:

-If i call *72, the IP Phone ask for destination and if complete, the calls are correctly forwarded.

But i want to do it on one step, such as calling:

*725555 to forward all to 5555

And finally, put it on the line key (fnc=sd;sub=*725555...)

¿Does anyone know if this this is possible?

I working with firmware 7.4.7 now (or 7.4.8 if needed).

Really thanks !

Full details are in the admin guide but I did try it and it worked.

1. Go to phone tab and for the line key that you want to use, change the extension to disabled.

2. Set the extended function to fnc=sd;ext=*725555@$PROXY

3.  After saving the info, the line key led is now green, you push it and display now says calls forwarded.

Hi Nseto,
