got BACD stats collection working fine using tftp, getting reports and so on, but have a requirement for some additional numbers. Specifically, the customer wants TSF, so percentage of calls answered within X seconds. While there's the option of trying to parse the CDRs and "track" calls through the BACD queue that way, is there a quicker/easier route? Looking at the example given in the http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/voice/cdr/developer/guide/cdrref.pdf
for a BACD call, it's not looking like a trivial task to extract the relevant data and then correlate with the BACD stats.
