Hello,
I have a UC540 system where a supervisor wants to listen in another user's calls without any audible tones. It does not have to invisible to the internal user - only requirement is that there is no tone.
Is cBarge without join/leave tones configured the only option I have? Thank you.

Yes. You can't remove the tones when using the cBarge feature. Also, cBarge can only be used between two phones that have a shared extension. Most partners end up using CallRex Telrex if the customer insists that they need they ability to monitor many agents/employees phone calls.

thanks Marcus. Does Telrex's solution allow the supervisor to monitor agents using his phone/handset or does it need to be done using a software on pc?

It's all done through the PC. He selects which agent he wants to record, he clicks a button then he can start recording and listening through his computer speakers.
