the current config is:
The calls come in on the ext.21 if no one answers than the calls will forwarded to a call blast group after three times ringing the custemers get a message "all agent are busy" but when the customers hears the message the phones of the group doesnt ring so the call agents doesnt know that someone is in the line.
Is there a way to change it?
