Hi. I am not really an expert on Timecardview but I do know that it is installed by default on the UC540 / UC560. Please check out http://10.1.10.1 while connected to the UC560. That will allow you to login to the Cisco Unity Express and within that page is the time card view settings. The password is either the same as the main system or cisco / cisco. Please let me know how it works out.
