Our organization has been using the UC540 for a few years now for our phone system and just a few weeks ago we decided to implement the TimeCardView for tracking of employee hours. However, it seems that only total hours are tracked, and there is not any way to see the exact start and end times to shift, which is a crucial piece of information that we need to properly adjust the timesheets and manage hourly employees.
We have downloaded the Historical Reporting client to see if this could provide the necessary information, but when attempting to run an 'Employee Activity Report', we receive an error message (currently working with support to resolve this). My question would be that if we are even able to get that report to work, does it have the shift start and end times that we are looking for or is this information not tracked anywhere?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

hate to say this but seriously... go and switch this feature off and get a teal time management solution. plenty out there. TimeCard View is a joke and no longer developed.

Thank you for your advice. Even though we were able to painstakingly get a solution with Cisco, we have in fact switched back to our previous time management solution as it is certainly much more effective and efficient than TimeCard view.
