Can a user transfer a caller directly into a voice mailbox as versus the extension?

Hi Susan,

Yes, you can.  Simply transfer the call to the user's direct voicemail extension.  Typically it is 7+ extension.  You can find the steering digit setting on the Internal Dialing page of the UC320W Configuration Utility (called Voicemail Prefix).
