Trouble getting IP Phone SPA525G to work over VPN

We have a remote office that we have a functioning VPN set up to our main office. Our phones in our main office are linked to a Cisco UC560, and that is where they pull there data from. I am having trouble getting the phone at the remote station to work. It will boot up and get an IP Address, but it will just stay stuck on downloading. Its not getting communication to the UC560 and I am not too familiar with that system. Any help or advice?
