Customer has a uc520 installed with the basic AA in place ("Welcome to the automated attendant, If you know your party's extension you may dial it now") Problem is I have workers who want to somehow break in and get to their voicemail which in my case is ext 77, In their old system they would hit *7. What is the easiest way to accomplish this? I see no way to do this in CCA or the web gui..
