Hi all,
I have this problem for my UC-520.
the voicemail setup is done, and user can dial to the voicemail.
but the problem is, when the system is asking the PIN number, whatever the button pressed by the user can't be processed by cisco unity express.
and login to the mailbox failed.
could anyone help me on this?

change the dial-peer pointing to 399 (or whatever your vm access number is) to dmtf-relay rtp-nte
Here's how to do it using cli:

dial-peer voice 2000 voip
dtmf-relay rtp-nte

can we get a copy of your config *make sure to take out passwords and usernames* .
