UC 540 and UC 560 Updates

Please let me know if the Firmware / Software updates for the UC540 and UC560 are available free of charge to the end user or resellers. The Small business support contract is not available in our country so unfortunately we can not sell this to the customer.

If you are still under HW Warranty or you purchased a SB Pro Service contract for UC540/UC560, then yes.

thanks for the info. Unfortunately there are no Smartnet or SMB support contracts available in South Africa. Hopefully we will get them soon.
