UC 540 CCA 2.2.5 question

Hi, I have an UC 540 installed and taking calls..  I preped the system and then had it sent to a remote office to be installed.  The phones are working and we are also getting data via the phones.

When I use the CCA program to manage the system I connect fine, but have problems retriving Voice related data.  Like the Dail plan for inbound and out bound via the configuration tool.

Please let me know your thoughts...

How are you trying to connect with CCA remotely? If you don't have routes to the voice vlan and the CUE subnet that will cause some problems.
