uc320 all phone set(SPA525G) suddently drop to voicemail.

Hi,

I face problem that,the uc320 all phone set(SPA525G) suddently drop to voicemail,even user don't have set no answer or busy by self,even I replaced new uc320,but problem same.After reset uc320 then all phone call resume normal.

I used sip trunk.

anybody can help this problem,it happen twice time.

Hi,

Something similar was seen in our test labs where the phones were temporarily isolated from the UC320W (for example unplug uplink from switch to UC320W then reconnect).   A bug was opened and a fix has been made in the upcoming 2.1 firmware release.
