UC320 and SPA525 Paging Group

Is there or does it already function in this fashion?

Currently a client has a phone system where they can do a page all and say XYZ Pickup the Phone, they find the nearest phone and pick it up and it initiates a intercom call basically just makes a one to one call.

Does the UC do this or is there a way to make it do this so that someone can make a page and a person on the other end picks up one of the phones and it establishes a one to one?

Hi Edrick,

Paging call will connect all members simultaneously through their phone speakers. It makes an intercom announcement through the speakers of all of the member phones. Once it is connected to all members, it can't initiate a one to one call.

UC320W has a intercom feature. You can assign a phone button as intercom button which initiates a two-way intercom call to the specified user through the speaker of the assigned phone. This is a one to one call.
