We have a UC320W on the latest firmware, randomly when a caller gets auto-attendant and presses the extension they want, they receive a busy signal.
It's hapenning very randomly, and not every time. I have rebooted system, checked the firmware is on the newest.

Hi Brent,
Does the issue happens for the internal calls? Or it happens for the inbound calls only? Please clarify.
If it's the 2nd case, is the inbound call through FXO line or SIP trunk?
The issue seems to be DTMF digits can't be detected properly. Can you try with voice mail access to see if pressed digits can be recognized properly?
Best regards,
Wendy

Seems to be from outbound calls only. FXO line is what we use.
Like I said, it's not all the time but maybe 1 out of every 10 calls it's happening.
It's recognizing pressed digits because It's working most of the time.

Hi Brent,
We need to troubleshhot from the syslog for this intermittent issue. You may want to contact the Cisco Small Business Support center to open a case and get the support engineer to help you.
Best regards,
Wendy
