Hi Guys
Please can someone advise Why I cannot dial *21* or #21# from UC320 ? I am getting an error message "Invalid Number".
I need to dial this number to activate Call Diversion from the telephone exchange. Its a feature provided by Telstra.
Cheers
Syed

Hi Syed,
I assume you are trying to do this on an FXO trunk. We currently only support basic FXO service such as Caller ID on FXO. Call forwarding will have to be done through the UC320W today.

Hi Christopher
Since I have updated the firmware to 2.3, I can now dial *21* and setup call diversion, but cannot remove the diversion by dialing #21#.
There is a dialing pattern for star codes in the Australian Region pack and still does not work ? Any help would be great.
Cheers,
Syed

Hi Syed,
Please send me an email at wenyang@cisco.com. I will reply you with a PMF which adds dial plan of #21#.
Best regards,
Wendy
