UC320 dial plan in Hong Kong(Can't dial 9+30028555),I can't continue dial when dial to number third digi.

Dear all,

Can some one help me,the UC320 connected SIP Trunk,my problem face when I dial "9"+"30",but I want dial number third digi it droped and I can't

continue dial.

Event I tried dial 9+10 or 9+20 or 9+30 or 9+40 or 9+50 or 9+60 or 9+80 all above I can't continue dial when dial to number third digi.

Trunk access is "9" then phone number.

Can some one help how to fix it?

The number 30028555 should be HP HK support phone number, it doesn't match UC320 SIP trunk dial plan "3[1-9]xxxxxx", so you fail to dail it.

If the 2nd digit is 0, only the following dial plans are supported.

10[0-36]x.
108[138]
109
6xxxxxxx
90[1-9]xxxxx
900xxxxxxxx
8009xxxxx

We need to update our UC320 SIP trunk dial plan to support the phone number you dialed.
