UC320 some users cannot change their voice mail greetings

System has been install for a couple of years. Recently Several users are attempting to change their voice mail greeting. User goes through the process, saves changes. They then go ahead and call to test. The greeting has not changed to new one. Issue is across two types of phones. total of 7 users, only 3 are having this issue.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Did you upgrade your firmware recently ?What is the firmware you are currently using?Also let me now the type of phones in which you see the issue?

THank you for the response: No firmware updates. Firmware is 2.2.2.1. Two types of phones SPA509G and SPA525G.

Tom,

Voicemail greetings for both busy and unavailable can be changed easily in the SPA509G and SPA525G, but the fact is

unavailable message is played instead of the busy message ,when the line is completely occupied.

Its a know limitation in UC320
