Hi Vincent,
Belgium is not one of the supported regions for the UC320W. There are no plans to support Belgium at this time. You should contact your distributor for a refund and consider the UC500 series.

Chris

Hi Christopher,
Radical solution...
I am a Cisco reseller in Belgium and the UC320 is better appropriate for the SMB Market as the UC500.
Writing a specific dial plan is so complicated for a company like Cisco ?
Poor Belgian customers...
Best regards.
Vincent.

Hi Vincent,
I'm Arthur Belgian IT guy who never thought is such a blackbox this product and is quite
Did you find a solution for Belgium dialplan on UC320?
Is odd they sell those products in countries there is no support...
Few questions for the Cisco support guy Christopher
Is there any way to edit that dialplan?
In the configuration there is a possibility to upload a RT file where we can find a template of this kind of file?
Thank you in advance for your answers and time!
Kindly
Arthur

Hi Arthur,
You see the response of Cisco.
No way to edit dialplan (the cisco UC320W use a web base config with very poor options).
The files you can upload are edited by Cisco and Belgium is not supported.
The solution: dial the all numbers 00328XXXXXXXX but not very user friendly.
Best.
Vincent.
