Using SPA508 phones on a UC320W. I have the buttons set as phone monitors, so I can see if others in the office are talking, and press a button to talk to them. But when I'm on a call and would like to transfer it, the screen has changed and I no longer see all the extensions, I have to know the extension of the person I want to transfer the call to. It would be easier if I could get the BLF screen back and just press a single button.
Is there a way to see the BLF screen during a call to make xferring a call easier?
