UC320W - Doesn´t send ext. as CLID

Hi all,

maybe somebody can help me. I installed a UC320W. Only a SIP Trunk is used as line.

Everything works fine except CLID

If you call outside, on the called phone only the no. without ext. is showed.

SIP provider checked his logfiles - he receives only no without extension.

I am useing PBX mode - but I tried mixed also.

Please help.

Do you have the DIDs configured for each Extension on the Inbound Routes page like this? (Click image to enlarge)

Hi Chris,

No, I had no route for each extension. I only had one incoming route which lead to a collect extension (0)

Now I tried as suggested inbound routing like you can see in picture.

Unfortunately then this extensions are not able to call outbound any longer.

If I try I get busy signal instant.

Also I noticed that Inbound Routing leads to every call is going to collect extesion 0 even if it is dialed ext. 13 for example which is not in collect ext.
