UC320W-FXO-K9 voicemail disconnect issue

Hi,

We recently installed the UC320-W-FXO-K9 and noticed that if a caller hangs up during our recorded voicemail message (so after the ringing is completed and the voicemail app has started, but before the user is prompted to leave a message) then the system records a blank voicemail that is about 18 to 25 seconds in length and obviously completely blank since the user already disconnected.   So it seems that the system eventually recogonizes the disconnect has occurred (though it doesn't go the full 10 minutes like other issues I found on this community), but not before it does the 18 to 25 seconds of blank recording.

Note:  We did run the impedance tool during set-up.

Any suggestions?

Hi Tom,

We need to do FXO audio capture to see the CPC disconnect tone, then we may need to build a special PMF for that tone.
