Done the TCP dump and had a look in wire shark, I can see the traffic coming in on the WAN side and on the vLAN side however only see lines with [SYN] seq=0 and no lines with [ACK]. I am not familiar with Wireshark but this is what stood out..
During the same 15 seconds vLAN TCP dump I can see traffic form the outside IP address reaching the same internal machine on the vLAN on an other port and see [ACK] and seq=XX.....
I am guessing that this means that the ISP must be letting -all- these packets through, and they get lost in the UC?
