Hi All,
I have just turned on my UC320W and the power, LAN and WAN lights just keeps flashing green. Does anybody know what could be up with it ?

Hi Joshua,
Is your UC320W able to give you DHCP address? Does it respond to ping?
Try power cycle first, if this does not help, proceed to perform a factory default, then load a saved configuration or site_backup.
If unit still does not respond to any of these, I suggest to quickly call in the Small Business Support Center for further troubleshooting.
