UC320W PPPoE issue

Hi there,

I have a customer using the UC320W as a router and a Netgear DM111P ADSL modem in bridge mode last week something happened that dropped the authentication on the UC320W end. I have approximately 6-8 of these type of set ups working well that are set up the same way. The network topology is set to option A (Routes voice and Data) and this particular set up has its own Internet connection (ADSL 2+).

For some reason I can no longer authenticate, Today I tried a different modem (same type) at no avail, I tried a Cisco SRP527 as a modem and router to test Internet connection this worked!

I have isolated the issue down to the UC320 not providing authentication to the provider.

Can someone shed some light on this? Has this happened to anyone?
