Hi All,
We've had a UC320W in our office now for about a year and a half and recently its been getting quite annoying, all the phones randomly reboot after someone ends a call.
The UC320 is upgraded to the latest firmware (2.3.2 (6)) and I had suspected it was the SG-300 switch so I updated that as well 2 evenings ago.
We just had another reboot so I've checked the logs, the UC320 shows "user.debug voice: System going down with reboot reason: S111"
The system uptime is the time since this random reboot and the OS Uptime is since I last powered it down.
We have 1 SIP line and no FXO lines although the Status > External Trunks shows UC320 FXO 1 to UC320 FXO 4 as if they are configured but with No-Service, I assume this is normal?
Anyone got any idea how to stop the reboots? At one point this happened every time a person tried dialing out and the only fix was to power cycle the UC320.
Regards,
Tony

Hi Tony,
I had a problem with reboot reason S111 a while ago.. Doesnt sound quite the same as your issue but this might help point you in the right direction? Do you have an AA front of house? Make sure you read all the way to the bottom.

Good luck!

Switch firmware UG fixed it for me, what type of switch are you using?
