UC320W Won't Boot

Just purchased a used uc320W.  It powers up, the power light always flashes/never goes steady.  I get a link light on every port and the WAN light comes on.  I can never receive an IP from the device and using the reset button doesn't seem to fix the problem.  When pushing the reset button for 10+ seconds it appears as though nothing happens.

Anyone have any ideas?

UC320W Won't Boot

So now I get an IP address from the unit, but can never get to the admin page.  It appears as though it is stuck in kinda a boot loop.  If I do a persistent ping, the device occasionally reboots and I will get 10 or so replys then it quits responding.  $ or 5 minutes later the LAN port resets, I get a couple replies, then quits responding.

Tried every way imaginable to reset,  time to return the device I guess...

UC320W Won't Boot

Return to your Point of Sale or open a service request with STAC to troubleshoot the issue.  Sounds to me like the device is faulty though so it may be faster to get a replacement from your Point of Sale.
