Hi All,
I'm having an issue where I'm trying to setup StoneFax into our existing enviroment and its not taking to it at all...
The StoneFax system guide, I feel, is rather light on setup examples. It does give an example of the following...
voice service voip
fax protocol t38 fallback pass-through g711alaw
!
dial-peer voice 1 voip
description INCOMING FAX FROM PSTN TO STONEFAX
destination-pattern 4..
session target ipv4:10.10.10.1
session protocol sipv2
codec g711alaw
no vad
I've followed this example to no avail. My question is, if I have a DID that I want to map to my fax # how do I go about doing so?
I created another dial-peer and used the incoming number and a voice translation profile to map it to a 4xx number; but that didn't work.
Does anyone have any experience setting up stonefax?

The dial peer that you need to create is a POTS one. Did you do this?

I think I've finally got it all worked out :)

Hi,
The last note here was that you think you got it fixed. I am having an issue setting a test environment for this with using SIP. The dial-peer seems to be working fine as I can send faxes out, but I can't receive it.
Can you tell me what you did to fix it so I can test on my side.
Thanks!
Chris
