UC500 Call Pops for External Callers

Hi all,

I had a partner ask yesterday if we had a solution for the UC500 that could provide users with information about incoming calllers. The customer is a taxi company with 6 lines and 3 dispatchers. They want to be able to enter information about a caller into a database and have that information displayed in a screen pop the next time that caller phones in, based on caller ID / number.

If anyone has heard of an application that would work here, please let me know.

If they are using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce.com, there are call connectors that will accomplish this.
