UC500 CUE Voicemail to EMail issue

Guys, I have a client with a UC500. Seems it ALWAYS loses its credentials when the power is lost, doesn't matter how many times i save it. I've tried changing it in CCA, and in the CUE webgui, i'm starting ti yank my hair out because my client is getting frustrated with it failing when shes out of town. Any suggestions would be great! thanks

Hi, have you tried putting in the credentials, saving them (clicking OK) and then re-booting CUE?

It seems to happen everytime she loses power and the UC does a hard shut off. I have tried entering password then saving then rebooting,yes. But once it loses power is when it loses it.
