UC500 Install Closeout Checklist

Does anyone have a closeout checklist they use when completing a UC500 install?   I am just looking for ideas.  Thanks.

That is an awesome document.  I was looking for something like that as well.   The closeout document would be post install.  The site survey is pre install.
