UC520 and RVS4000

Our current configuation of using a UC520 behind an RVS4000 router is giving issues.

The WAN port of the UC520 is plugged into one of the ports on the 4000.

We have a data LAN that is plugged into another port to a switch.

We are only using the 520 for voice and not data.  I can ping across the subnets from the phone side but not from the data side.

192.168.0.x - Current Data Network.

192.168.2.x - Data network on the UC520

10.1.10.x - Voice

192.168.0.20 is the IP of the WAN port on the UC520

My goal is to be able to use our phones across an IPSEC VPN for our remote office but I cant seem to find out why I cant get to .2.x network.

Do I need to switch to an ASA?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
