UC520 CUE AA problem.

Hello!

Tried to google this problem, but not yet figured out.

I've got UC520 (cue 3.2; 15.0(1)XA2; CME 8.0) with standart 8 user licence. It was previously configured(not by me, however

everything is working fine), now company needs auto-attendant functionalty.

I've configured aa using GUI in CUE, then I created dial-peer pointing on Integrated-Service-Engine. And now when I try to dial aa pilot number using internal IP phone I get busy tone and "unknown number".

CUE configuration:

I created script with mostly default params using gui.

Then created aa, and attached previously created script to it, after that I just typed in pilot number 5000.

My conf:

interface Loopback0

description $FW_INSIDE$

ip address 10.1.10.2 255.255.255.252

ip nat inside

ip virtual-reassembly

!

!

interface Integrated-Service-Engine0/0

description cue is initialized with default IMAP group

ip unnumbered Loopback0

ip nat inside

ip virtual-reassembly

service-module ip address 10.1.10.1 255.255.255.252

service-module ip default-gateway 10.1.10.2

!

!

dial-peer voice 2222 voip
destination-pattern 5000
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:10.1.10.1
dtmf-relay sip-notify
codec g711ulaw
!

Thanks in advance.

Ruslan.

Hi Ruslan,

Just to confirm with you, your dial-peer 2222 is that you VM pilot number or your AA pilot number?

When you created the AA in CCA this should have also configured the CME side unless CCA could not work with the configuration.

Please show me your VM dial-peer and also the AA dial-peer please

Cheers,

David.

destination-pattern 778

session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:10.1.10.1
dtmf-relay sip-notify
codec g711ulaw

dial-peer for AA was in previous post, but anyways:)

dial-peer voice 2222 voip

destination-pattern 5000

session protocol sipv2

session target ipv4:10.1.10.1

Can you please post your CUE running configuration, in a TXT file format as an attachment please?

Just remove any sensitive stuff

Cheers,

David.

Here it is.

Nothing sensitive I guess.

Well, I've got some ideas. Can it be because of several aa's are configured? may be some license issue? I tried "sh license status application" in cue cli, no such command. Or is there ccn trigger limit?

When I dial voice-mail pilot number I have the same problem.

I'm new to voice.))

Hi Ruslan,

I believe you may have a licensing issue

If I am not mistaken you might be going over what the CUE can support, please contact SBSC support to have your setup checked, you may need to look at your strategy surrounding the way your using the system and check if there is a more eficient way of doing things.

Cheers,

David.

For a fresh start, can you upgrade to software pack 8.2 ?

Then if still trouble, there is a number of diagnostic steps that can be taken.
