Hello,

I would try and reinstall the latest version of CUE from bootloader.

Here are the instructions: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-13686

The version of CUE referenced in that document is old, but the steps are the same. You can get the latest version of CUE from the UC520 8.6.2 software pack.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

-john

Quite common, the CUE compact flash memory has failed. Note that is the internal one one CUE daugtherboard, not external.

Replace with any good brand from 1 to 4 GB and reinstall software.

Hi Paolo,

Could you please advise how to reinstall software on CUE new CF Card

My CUE 1G CF card is broken and I have bought new general CF Card 4G (Kingston)

I format in with FAT16, but CUE Bootloader was not able to mount the file system, and so the boot helper command couldn't write the installer from TFTP to CUE CF Card.

Look at the log file I found that the old 1G CUE CF card have 02 partitions, and they seem formated with reiserfs file system format (not FAT16 as I formated my new card).

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon

Thank you very much for your help!

Tuan
