UC520 not passing caller-id

I have a kind of a unique problem. I have a UC520 installed with 3 PSTN lines plugged into the FXO ports.

The problem is that one of the lines is not passing Caller-ID information, while the other 2 are. I've verified that caller-ID information is available by plugging a phone directly into the PSTN line, so it doesn't appear to be a problem with the line itself.

I've also tried switching FXO ports, but the problem follows the PSTN line.

Can't quite figure this one out. Anyone have any suggestions?

Some lines have trouble due to level, or noise, etc.

You can adjusting input-gain up or down for a test, but is not said will work.
